Useful should mean usable by more people.
Creative Exit is committed to providing a website that is usable by as many people as possible. We aim to align key public journeys with WCAG 2.2 Level AA through accessible structure, keyboard and mobile testing, and ongoing review.
Our approach
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and meaningful link text
- Keyboard access, skip links, and visible focus states
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and reflow
- Color contrast and alternatives for meaningful non-text information
- Clear form requirements, validation messages, and error recovery
- Reduced-motion support and touch targets designed for mobile use
- Technical checks combined with qualified review
Known limits
Third-party platforms, customer-supplied files, vendor documents, and older content may not always meet the same standard. Creative Exit works to provide an accessible alternative for information needed to request or manage a service.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time plugin, certification, or guarantee. New content, documents, third-party services, browser changes, and software updates can introduce barriers that require continued review.
Report a barrier
Email support@creativeexit.com and include the page or task, what happened, and the device and browser used. Assistive technology details are helpful when you are comfortable sharing them. You may also begin the project request, choose “I’m not sure,” and start the project-goal field with “Accessibility feedback.”
Creative Exit will acknowledge the report, investigate the affected path, and work toward an accessible way to complete the task.
