Privacy notice · Effective August 23, 2026

Privacy should be clear and proportional.

This notice explains how Creative Exit handles information submitted through the public website, project intake, customer and vendor portals, and direct project communications.

Information we collect

Creative Exit may collect contact details, business information, project answers, uploaded files, communication history, decisions, vendor records, and payment or transaction references needed to evaluate or deliver requested work.

For site operation and security, the system may also process network, device, browser, referring-page, request-timing, authentication, and abuse-prevention information. Optional public-site analytics is collected only after the visitor allows it.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, clarify requirements, prepare recommendations and estimates, coordinate approved work, provide portal access, maintain project history, prevent abuse, improve service workflows, and meet accounting, contractual, security, or legal obligations.

Project support tools

Approved workflow and drafting tools may help organize answers, prepare working materials, check completeness, or support internal recommendations. Creative Exit remains accountable for material decisions, and consequential work follows the approval responsibilities described in the project process.

Service providers and vendors

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, security, email, analytics when allowed, and business operations. An assigned vendor or specialist receives only the information reasonably needed for an approved work package. Responsibility and communication boundaries are confirmed for the project.

Creative Exit does not sell personal information. Creative Exit does not use public-site analytics for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

Records are retained as reasonably needed for the request, active project, warranty or support period, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and applicable legal obligations. Creative Exit uses role-appropriate access controls and project records to limit unnecessary access, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing support@creativeexit.com. Creative Exit may need to verify the requester and may retain records required for an active agreement, financial recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or law.

If California privacy law applies to a request, eligible California consumers may also have rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive equal service for exercising a right. Creative Exit will not discriminate for a valid privacy request.

Global Privacy Control signals are treated as a direction not to enable optional analytics through this website’s preference flow.

Cookies and analytics

Read the cookie notice for the specific storage categories and instructions for changing your analytics choice.

Policy updates

This page may change as services, tools, or legal requirements evolve. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version. Material changes may require a new privacy choice where appropriate.
