Privacy should be clear and proportional.

Depending on your interaction, we collect contact details, business and project information, submitted answers and files, communications, approvals, quotes, vendor records, payment or transaction references, and privacy or accessibility requests. Information comes from you, authorized project participants, assigned vendors and connected services used for the work.

Site operation and security may involve network, device, browser, request-timing, authentication and abuse-prevention information. Optional analytics is described below.

Unsubmitted contact and intake entries are not saved by Creative Exit as persistent unfinished form drafts. Information you submit, including later saved project-brief answers, becomes part of the relevant request or project record.

We use information to respond to requests, clarify requirements, prepare estimates and working materials, manage approved projects and portal access, document decisions, arrange authorized vendor introductions, handle support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, and maintain accounting, contractual, security and legal records.

AI-assisted drafting and generation tools, including OpenAI services when enabled, may process relevant project information to organize answers, prepare drafts or preliminary estimates, check completeness and support recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and may require correction.

Not every routine acknowledgment, notification or response is individually reviewed by a person. Automated content must not be treated as approval of a price, purchase, contract, vendor commitment, public launch or material project change. These actions follow the project’s approval requirements. We do not claim that a named person personally performed automated work.

Provide only information needed for the request. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment-card or bank details, identity documents, medical information or materials you are not authorized to share.

Providers supporting hosting, storage, security, email, calendars, optional analytics, AI-assisted tools and business operations may process information needed for their functions. An approved vendor or specialist receives information reasonably needed for the authorized introduction or work package.

Connected-service copies, including email messages, calendar events, provider logs and provider-held files, may exist separately from our native records. Their processing and retention can differ. Deleting a Creative Exit record does not automatically erase those copies.

We do not offer customer information for sale or run targeted-advertising campaigns through this website. Optional Google Analytics is a separate service that processes usage information when allowed; its controls and your choices are described below and in our cookie notice.

We currently retain submitted inquiry, project, business, privacy and operational records without an automatic age-based deletion schedule. Records may remain indefinitely unless manually deleted through an authorized process. This practice does not override applicable deletion requirements.

Deletion requests receive manual review. Information may need to remain for an active agreement, financial recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution or a legal or preservation obligation. We explain the outcome and scope of a completed request; removal from our native records is not represented as complete erasure across connected services.

Our backup policy retains the 30 newest recovery points, not 30 days, together with identified preservation exceptions. Backup and connected-service deletion are separately reviewed. Deleting an active record does not automatically remove retained backup copies. Limited deletion evidence helps prevent deleted records from returning to active use after restoration.

A guided project-brief link expires after 30 days. Access is checked against a one-way security hash; backup restoration disables the saved access credential. Queued or delivered messages can contain the link, and message copies may remain in backups and connected services. Saved answers remain under the retention practice above. Session and verification-code expiration are separate security controls, not deletion of project history.

We use access restrictions and other safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email support@creativeexit.com to ask about information handling or request access, correction or deletion. We may require proportionate verification before releasing or changing information. Do not send identity documents or credentials unless a secure, necessary verification method has been agreed.

Where applicable law provides additional rights, eligible individuals may have rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive equal treatment for exercising those rights. Applicability and exceptions depend on the circumstances; being a business contact does not itself remove applicable privacy rights.

Promotional email is not currently enabled. If introduced, it requires a separate optional opt-in, unchecked by default. Requesting a quote or buying a service does not automatically subscribe you.

Marketing unsubscribe stops promotional messages. Necessary project communications are handled separately, subject to applicable delivery and legal requirements. A quote request does not make every subsequent email exempt from commercial-email rules.

Essential storage supports security, forms, saved privacy choices and authorized sessions. Optional Google Analytics loads only when enabled by Creative Exit and allowed through your privacy choices. It is excluded from private, login, contact, intake and token-bearing pages. Analytics remains off if settings or preference storage cannot be used.

Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off through this website’s preference flow. This is distinct from the older browser “Do Not Track” setting, which this site does not use to change that flow. You can allow or decline analytics through Cookie settings.

Optional analytics and third-party destinations may process information under their own terms. Our website settings do not control tracking on a separate website you visit. Read our cookie notice for the storage categories and preference controls.

Our services are intended for business projects, not children. If a requester discloses being under 13, covered automated project processing and customer communications pause for owner review. Disclosed ages 13–17 require review of who may authorize a paid project before a quote or agreement. Do not provide birth dates or unnecessary details about a child.

International inquiries are accepted for review. Service availability and relevant requirements are checked before a paid quote or agreement is issued.
