Public website content is general information and is not a binding quote, guaranteed schedule, professional license, or promise of a particular business result.

If website content conflicts with an approved proposal, agreement, change order, or other project record, the approved project document controls for that work.

You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and to keep important business, site, ownership, and approval details accurate. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, payment-card numbers, bank information, identity documents, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through an ordinary form or project message.

Submitting a request does not require either party to begin work. Creative Exit may ask focused follow-up questions before a scope, estimate, vendor request, or production plan is ready.

Pricing, purchases, contracts, vendor selection, public launches, creative direction, proofs, and material scope or schedule changes wait for the approval identified in the project record. An estimate or target date may change when requirements, availability, site conditions, approvals, or third-party dependencies change.

Messages and portal decisions are saved with the project so responsibilities and revisions remain clear.

Review proofs may be watermarked, reduced, or otherwise protected and are provided for evaluation only. They are not final production files and may not be published, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially unless the applicable project terms allow it.

Approved clean files are released only after required approvals, project completion, and confirmed payment. The final project agreement controls ownership, licensing, third-party assets, font or stock licenses, source-file delivery, and any portfolio-use rights.

Creative Exit may coordinate independent vendors and specialists. Their approved proposals or agreements control their fabrication, installation, construction, licensing, insurance, warranties, code, permit, engineering, measurement, safety, and site responsibilities.

Construction, store-signage, and custom-furniture coordination is limited to Southern California businesses. Creative Exit does not replace an architect, engineer, contractor, attorney, accountant, permit authority, or other licensed or authorized professional.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape private areas, or use a portal invitation for a project you are not authorized to access. Portal access may be suspended or removed to protect customers, vendors, Creative Exit, or the service.

You are responsible for protecting secure access links and for reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Creative Exit works to keep the website and portals useful and available, but online services can experience maintenance, provider interruptions, security events, or other failures. Third-party websites, ordering systems, payment services, calendars, or vendor platforms have their own terms and practices.
